Financial Assistance

The Tahoma Lacrosse Club is dedicated to providing financial assistance to eligible youth athletes who demonstrate financial need, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to participate in our sports program.  Tahoma Lacrosse is dedicated to giving all players the chance to benefit from our program regardless of their financial situation.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicants must be members of Tahoma Lacrosse Club.
2. Financial assistance is available for the spring season. Financial assistance does not cover travel expenses, lacrosse gear/equipment, uniforms or tournament fees. Financial assistance is not available during our fall season or for the High School Boys Spring Break Trip. 
3. Applicants must submit the completed form below.

Application Process:

1. Financial assistance applications are due by December 15th. Late requests will be considered if there is remaining budget.   
2. The Tahoma Lacrosse Board will review applications and make determinations based on financial need and available funds.  
3. Applicants will be notified of the committee’s decision by early January.  

Awarding Aid:

1. Financial aid awards will be determined based on need and the club’s available resources to cover a portion of the registration fees up to half of the total spring registration cost.  
2. Aid recipients are expected to participate in club activities and volunteer opportunities as a condition of receiving assistance.

Confidentiality:
All financial assistance applications and related information will be kept confidential and only shared with the Board.
